On your device
SAN7 stores your watchlist, saved moments, recent stocks, chart history and preferences on your device. There is no SAN7 sign-in or cloud sync. Device backups may include this local data. Your accepted terms version, acceptance time and selected language are also stored locally to remember your agreement. They are not sent to SAN7; deleting saved data removes this record.
Market data
The app requests stock prices and history from Yahoo Finance. Requests include the stock symbol, date range and technical connection information such as your IP address. Saved moments and your complete watchlist are not uploaded as a list to SAN7. Data providers process requests under their own privacy policies.
Purchases
Apple or Google processes subscription payments. RevenueCat validates purchases and membership access using an anonymous app user identifier, purchase history and technical device information. SAN7 does not receive your payment card details. Purchase records are separate from your saved stock data.
Tracking
This app does not include advertising, access your advertising identifier, or track you across other companies’ apps and websites. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone or location.
Deletion & retention
Use Settings → Delete saved data to remove your watchlist, saved moments, recent history, cached charts and preferences from this device. Market caches can rebuild when you explore again. This does not cancel subscriptions, remove device backups or delete records held by Apple, Google or RevenueCat. Purchase records remain available for restoring access and may be retained for billing, fraud prevention and legal obligations. For privacy or purchase-record deletion requests, email [email protected]; we will review the request with the relevant service provider and explain any required retention.
Support & your rights
Email [email protected] for support, questions, access, correction or deletion requests. When you contact us, we receive the information you send and use it to handle your request. Please do not send card details or passwords. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal data, object to processing, or complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We update this policy when the app’s data practices change. The latest version is available in the app and on the public privacy page.
